Golf rangefinders · OEM & wholesale
Golf rangefinder flag-lock, slope switch and your brand on the course
A golf rangefinder is one of the most-searched golf accessories and a natural private label product for golf brands, golf shops, pro shops and e-commerce sellers. PorroForge supplies golf rangefinders with flag-lock and vibration or visual confirmation, optional slope mode with an external on/off switch, magnetic cart mounts and rechargeable or CR2 power — with your logo, colors and packaging. Laser product documents are confirmed per SKU and per order, and whether a model is suitable for tournament play is confirmed by the brand; we make no conformity claim. Part of our rangefinder range.
- Flag-lock with vibration / visual confirmation
- Optional slope with external switch and indicator
- Magnetic cart mount, compact hard case
- No tournament-legality or laser compliance claims
Golf rangefinder features you can specify
- Flag-lock / pin-seeking — prioritizes the flag over the trees behind it, confirmed with a short vibration and/or an on-screen indicator.
- Slope mode — shows an elevation-adjusted “plays like” distance. Brands usually specify an external on/off switch with a visible indicator so the function can be turned off for competition.
- Scan mode — continuous ranging across hazards and bunkers.
- Display — black LCD or illuminated red / dual-color display for low light.
- Mounting and carry — magnetic strip for the cart frame, hard case with clip, lanyard.
- Power — CR2 battery or USB-C rechargeable.
Slope and tournament play — the brand confirms
We make no USGA, R&A or other conformity claim for any model. Under the current Rules of Golf, using a device to measure distance is generally permitted unless the committee’s local rule says otherwise, while using a function that measures elevation changes (slope) during a competition round is not. Rules and governing-body guidance can change, so before printing any “tournament legal” wording the brand checks the specific model — including how its slope switch works and is indicated — against the current rules. We supply the device behavior details your team needs for that review.
Laser and electronics documents
Golf rangefinders are laser products. The laser class, labels and documents for each market — for example the FDA/CDRH laser product rules (21 CFR 1040.10) in the US and IEC 60825-1 classification elsewhere — plus EMC and battery transport documents, are confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited laboratory where testing is required. No compliance is claimed here. See the compliance process and accuracy concepts in our specs guide.

No certifications, ratings or test data claimed. We describe what each product is, how it works and how it can be customized. We do not display certification marks, publish optical test data, factory capacity or customer cases on this site; optical figures are stated per model on its specification sheet. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for the buyer’s market, as the brand owner requires. Regulated items: laser rangefinders (laser classification and labeling, e.g. FDA/CDRH laser notice in the US, IEC 60825-1), digital night vision binoculars (IR illuminator eye safety and export classification; image-intensifier Gen 2/Gen 3 devices are not offered) and children’s products (e.g. CPSIA / CPC, small parts, EN 71) are confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab. Never point a telescope, binocular or eyepiece at the Sun without a certified solar filter. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
Are your golf rangefinders tournament legal?
We make no conformity or tournament-legality claim. Under the current Rules of Golf, using a device to measure distance is generally permitted unless the committee’s local rule says otherwise, while using a function that measures elevation changes (slope) during a competition round is not. Brands usually specify a slope on/off switch with a visible indicator, but whether a given model and its switch suit tournament play is confirmed by the brand against the current Rules of Golf and the governing bodies’ guidance before any claim is printed.
Are your laser rangefinders FDA or IEC 60825-1 compliant?
We do not claim that any rangefinder on this site meets a specific standard. A laser rangefinder is a laser product: in the US it falls under the FDA/CDRH laser product rules (21 CFR 1040.10, with laser notices and product reporting handled by the manufacturer or importer), and many other markets reference IEC 60825-1 for laser classification and labeling. For each rangefinder SKU and order, the buyer and supplier confirm the target markets, the laser class and labels, and which documents are needed — with an accredited laboratory where testing is required — before mass production. See the compliance process in our specs guide.
Can you make a version without slope?
Yes. Many brands carry a non-slope model beside a slope model with an external switch.
Do you supply corporate golf-event gifts?
Yes — logo-printed rangefinders in gift boxes, quoted per SKU with your event deadline.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the model (an existing optical design vs. a new housing or optical design), magnification and objective size, prism glass and coatings, armor color, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
